Founded by two friends, Harrison Holditch and Aubrey Craig, The Salty Butcher is an independent, boutique butcher shop and wine bar. Focused on bringing quality meats, deli sandwiches, cheeses, wines, and specialty products from Walton County, Florida and around the world to our local 30A community. We support small, independent producers and strive to develop relationships with suppliers who respect their livestock and environment, bringing you the highest quality products possible.
